WE’RE HIRING: L2 ENGINEER – CLOUD & SYSTEMS (Onsite | Colombo 10)
Kerner Norland is seeking a skilled L2 Engineer with strong expertise in Microsoft 365, Intune, Azure, and backend systems to join our Service Delivery Team.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage & support Microsoft 365 / Azure environments
· Administer Intune device & policy management
· Handle AD / Azure AD lifecycle & access control
· Troubleshoot infra, network & server issues
· Automate tasks via PowerShell & maintain SOPs
· Guide and support L1 engineers
Requirements:
· Degree in IT / Computer Science or related field
· 3–5 years’ experience in IT support or cloud systems admin
· Proficiency in M365, Intune, Azure AD, and infrastructure management
· Experience with HaloPSA / NinjaOne preferred
· Microsoft or ITIL certification is an advantage
